Some readers will look at the title and turn away. If you're still reading, thank you for the love you have for yourself. "You are what you eat." I've heard it too. Our brains are the control center of our bodies. Our brains ride in our bodies. So why not take care our bodies then? The answer? The very control center, our brains, are the problem. The brain loves convenience and efficiency. Grabbing a donut or muffin on the way out the door is easier and quicker than cooking and sitting down to a more nutritious meal.

I've been reading The Behavior Ops Manual by Chase Hughes. In the manual, he lists neurotransmitters and neuropeptides and the foods that help stimulate growth and functionality in them. While this information did not come as a surprise, it reminded me to feed my body better. I encourage you dear reader, if you're still with me, to work on feeding your body better. It really does benefit us to do just that.

I hope you investigate for yourself, the foods that feed your brain. Our bodies are incredible machines. Explore the full potential of yours...

Feed yourself like a champion!
