NFF THOUGHT:

I spent years, decades even, believing I was not enough. Enough for what? ...anything. This was all locked into my brain when I was a child, and reinforced as I moved through time. This all happened in the days prior to the "algorithm". The reinforcing came from interactions with others and advertising on the television and radio. Today, we all get those reflections and reinforcements in an instant as our phones track our information and preferences. We are what we think. Our world today is more than happy to "guide" us toward what it believes we desire. I'm more careful what I allow into my brain today. I'm careful about what I type into a "search". Afterall, it is a reflection of my thoughts. It will reinforce my thought, my beliefs. If I wish to grow, and I do, I must be willing to change how I think. My external world will reflect that back to me, and fast... What do you think?
